How does this work?
1) Choose the best pricing option (above) for your needs and fill out our online design brief. We’ll be in touch shortly thereafter to clarify any concerns or questions and discuss your needs. If we're in agreement about moving forward, we'll send you a payment link and begin work on your project.
How does the subscription work?
Once you subscribe, send us a list of projects in the order you'd like them completed. We work on one design at a time, passing it to you for revisions until you mark each design as completed.
You can pause or cancel your subscription at anytime. Refunds will only be issued if no work has been completed and delivered.

Who are the designers?
Campitor is a force of one, so you’ll be working with one designer. On occasion, I may bring in additional designers and artists depending on the project.
How fast will I receive my designs?
Low tier projects are typical done within 2-6 days. High tier projects usually take 6-14 days. Total length of time depends on scope and complexity, timeliness of feedback, and amount of revisions.

What if I don’t like the design?
Never fear - revisions are included!
Do you provide refunds?
Refunds are only given on a basis of work not completed. If designs have been delivered, refunds will not be issued.
What if I no longer need my subscription?
If you don't have more work for us, you can pause your subscription and restart when you're ready. If you no longer need your subscription at all, you can cancel at any time.
Website: Do you need access to my account?
If hiring us to develop or update your Square Online, Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace, or Webflow site, then yes! We will need an account and/or login information in order to help you with your site.
