Process & FAQs

General information about our process. Please contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns.
1

Research & Brainstorming

Every project begins with a need for some sort of insight: researching the field or topic of the subject matter, looking into our clients' competition and similar businesses, evaluating any and all examples given to us, and considering our clients' needs, goals, vision. This makes me up a hefty amount of our work time for any project.
2

Timelines

Each project has their respective timeline that will be outlined in the proposal. Logo projects typically take 3 to 5 weeks. Web design projects take anywhere from 8 to 16 weeks, depending on how robust the site is. Individual graphic design projects vary more widely, anywhere from one week to several.
3

Payments & Discounts

We do ask for a deposit before we begin crafting, which is typically 25% to 50% of the project's lowest estimation. To accommodate our clients' budgets, we're open to negotiation on that initial deposit and on arranging payment plans. Discounts are available for those who pay upfront and for bundling.
4

Collaboration & Redirection

Every project is a collaboration. Our clients' ideas, needs, and feedback guide the process. If, at any point, a client feels the project has become "derailed" and not fit for their purposes, we're eager to discuss good points and bad points so that we can recalibrate and redirect the process. At no point is a client forced to accept a direction or idea.
5

Cancellation & Refunds

If cancellation is necessary for any reason throughout a project, we will consider overall budget and amount of work completed (including ideas and proposals) before issuing any refunds.
